14-Day Reader-First Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable purchasing the Scam-Smart Protection Kit.

Please contact us from the email address used for your order and include your order number, if available. You do not need to provide a reason for your request, although honest feedback is always appreciated.

Eligible refund requests received within the 14-day period will be returned to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the time required for the credit to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Access Issues & Duplicate Charges

Duplicate charges will be refunded promptly. For missing deliveries, corrupted files, broken download links, or similar access problems, we will provide a replacement or correct the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem promptly, we will issue a full refund.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to decline future purchases from customers who repeatedly purchase and refund the same or substantially similar digital products. This does not affect a valid refund request made under this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
